Supply of accessories and ancillary items, to the Occupational Hygienist, and Consultants to carry out compliance monitoring for exposure in the workplace. We work with accredited laboratories and can supply pre-weighed filters, sampling tubes and media. Analysis and reports direct from the laboratory helps ensure quality control. Pump units can be pre-set with flow rates and calibrated prior to despatch, some with tamper proof mechanisms or cases.
Provision of custom made solutions and guidance on sampling issues, including thoracic, respirable, boundary monitoring, static sampling, PM10, PM2.5 and Total Dust.

Repairs, Servicing and Calibration
Carried out in our own workshop with trained engineers, using manufacturers parts, service certification and checked against a traceable calibrated flow meter. We offer replacement battery packs, charging units and custom designs to get the best from your own equipment. We can also provide solutions for extending pump run times.

Contract labour
Skilled contract labour is available to meet your short-term demand, typically with assistance of equipment set-up, commissioning, data collection and training.
Day rates apply, plus subsistence and mileage at cost.
